Sunderland v Middlesbrough (Kick-off 1.30pm). Adrian Chiles is joined by Gareth Southgate and Roy Keane to present coverage of the fourth-round fixture between the Premier League and Championship sides at the Stadium of Light. This is the first meeting between the North East rivals since a Premier League encounter in January 2009, and both clubs will look to avoid a repeat of that 1-1 draw which would result in this tie going to a replay. The Black Cats came through a potentially tricky away match at free-scoring Peterborough United in the previous round, with second-half goals from Sebastian Larsson and James McClean settling the tie. Middlesbrough also faced opposition belonging to a division lower than their own last time out, and were made to work hard for their 1-0 win over Shrewsbury Town of League Two. Series 7. Episode 4/12 Following Mark Rhodes' departure, everything changes for the 12 remaining celebrities as they go head-to-head in individual skating battles. Each skater and their professional partner is paired with another couple, with the match-ups based on their position on last week's scoreboard. They take to the ice at the same time, performing their own routine to the same music. The judges then choose which couple they thought skated best, automatically guaranteeing them a place in the competition next week. At the end of the battles, six of the celebrities are left to face the public vote. The normal format then carries through to the results show, with the bottom two performing in the skate-off.
